 “My Buddy Diet”                with “Superman” Phil Johnson

BootCamp – Work out with Dr.Greg Millar and his Buddy Tracy. Workout with personal trainer "Superman" Phil Johnson and his Son Michael Johnson. Four workout levels - Get Started, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. 

Registration: The next bootcamp will be in the spring of 2010

Cost: Only $99 for the entire program.

Workout: Every Monday Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks

• Level 1: Get Started      
• Level 2: Basic     
• Level 3: Intermediate    
• Level 4: Advanced 

Bring:
• Workout clothes with tennis shoes
• Towel or Mat to lay down on grass (Mat or beach towel if possible)
• Water, Water, Water

Special Services: The Doctors of Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Centers will be on hand to do FREE nutritional counseling and Diet Counseling for all participants. Each participant will also receive a free 6 month membership in the “My Buddy Diet”.
