We understand that arriving at a Doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

That's why at Millar Chiropractic & Nutrition Centers our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of many items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.

We do ask that once you make a new patient appointment, please do your best to keep that appointment. We reserve up to one hour of the Doctors time for you. Please be courteous to others. If you can't make that new patient appointment then call at least 24 hours in advance allowing others that are hurting to be able to get in to see the Doctors. Fair enough.

Before your appointment, think about what you want to tell the doctor. What is the primary symptom or problem? What is the secondary problem or symptom. And what other problems or symptoms do you have? Do you have any X-Rays, MRI's or CAT scans that you can bring with you? Do you have any copies of medical records that might be helpful to the Doctor?

The day of your new patient appointment, make a list of all medications, vitamins and supplements including the dosage taken and the frequency taken daily. 

We understand that your in Pain and in many cases you may be able to be seen by one of our Chiropractors the same day. If your pain is emergency pain then tell our recptionist of your immedicate need to be seen. We understand "back attack" and know the importance of immediate treatment for herniated disc or bulging disc. We also may be able to start decompression traction the very first visit if you already have MRI's and other imaging you can bring with you for us to study.

We would be honored to be chosen as your Chiropractor. With offices in Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens and Birmingham, we have an office close to home or work.
